1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging and seal
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt)
- Not listed as a non-returnable item
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a free replacement or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., deodorants, toothpaste, body wash)
- Perishable goods or food items
- Sale, clearance, or promotional products
- Gift cards or digital products
- Products marked “Final Sale”
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@nutrimindbody.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for return
- Photo evidence (if item is damaged or incorrect)
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to the address provided.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
Do not send products back without prior authorization, as we may not be able to process the return.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a product that is:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective or compromised
- Incorrect or missing from your order
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@nutrimindbody.com with a photo and your order number. We will offer:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
